Can I give input on how I want the design to look?

Yes! Let me know if there is a certain style you like, or share elements of other designs you'd want yours to have. We can also base the look on your current blog, colors, and fonts, or come up with something completely new.

Can I review one design first before you do all the graphics in the package?

I make sure to send you one or two pieces for review before I continue with the rest. I want to make sure you're happy with the look first so we can create a consistent brand for you.

Can I have more than one pin per post?

Yes, the packages are by pins, not by post. Let's say you want two pins per post and got the 40-pin package. You'd still get 40 pins for 20 posts.

Do you do other design work?

Yes! I've created ebooks, printables, Facebook ads, infographics, sales pages, and 3D product shots among others. Let me know if you'd like me to work on your other design projects.

Which posts should I start with?

Most bloggers I've worked with start with their most popular posts. I can also create graphics for future posts you plan to publish.

When do I pay the fee?

You would pay the full fee at the start of the project. You can always work in batches in case you don't have all the info ready right away (the package doesn't expire).

How do we track the number of graphics you worked on?

I'll create a shared spreadsheet on Google where we can track how many pins or pages we've done and for which posts.

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround time is pretty quick, usually within 3-5 days. I'd also let you know if for some reason I couldn't get to it within a decent time frame. And you can always let me know if you have a deadline. 

Do I own the pins or printables you make, or are there restrictions or watermarks on them?

The pins and printables are 100% yours to use with no restrictions from me whatsoever. I don't own them in any way, or add watermarks.

Do I need to send you photos?

For some designs, yes. If you have a recipe post, I'd need a photo of the food you made. Or if you'd like me to create a pin for a printable, I'd need the PDF of it. But I can also search and purchase stock photos for you.

What happens after we finish a package?

You're under no commitment. If you need more designs, you can always purchase another package down the line.

Can I get a sample before buying a package?

No, I don't offer a sample before purchasing a package. Sometimes clients will have tweaks and suggestions after they've seen a pin, like changing a color or zooming in on a photo. You can also share what you like about other pin designs so we're not too off-base from what you have in mind.  

So far everyone has been happy with the final results. But of course, if you truly don't like anything I create, where even edits I make aren't getting anywhere, then I'd be more than happy to refund the remainder of the unused pin credits—my goal is for you to be super delighted with them :)  

Do you get stock photos from a reliable site?

Yes—I purchase legitimate stock photography from iStock Photo.
